Yes, of course. Registration is not compulsory. All information regarding your order will be sent to your e-mail. However, if you register with us, you will see your order overview in your account a little more clearly.

If you wish to change your shipping or payment method after you have placed your order, please contact us at info@adonio.cz as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Information about products

Yes. Every pair in stock undergoes a thorough originality check. Our team of experts always ensure that the sneakers are original and free from any defects. We've been in the sneaker business for several years now, and in that time, tens of thousands of pairs have passed through our hands. Find out more on our Authenticity guarantee page.

The price of the sneakers is primarily based on the limitation of the pair. The sneakers on our site are very rare and in demand, and most of them are sold out seconds after the official release. With our sneakers, you can be sure you won't see them on just anyone else.

The price of sneakers is influenced by the secondary market, where each size is differently rare. The rarer the size of the sneaker, the more expensive it is.

It's best to first look at the size label on the sneakers that fit you well. You will find this either inside the shoe or on the box. You need to find out the insole length, which you will find on the label under "cm" or "JP". You then look at our size chart and select the size with the same insole length. It is important to take into account whether your chosen sneakers are women's (w), children's (GS) or men's.

Information about orders

We deliver to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, France, Croatia, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Greece, Slovenia and Spain.

If you are interested in the current status of your order, click on our chatbot in the bottom right corner of the website and select "check order status". This will give you the exact status of your order.

We pack all our orders in five-layer cardboard boxes. Each shipment includes bubble wrap. Thanks to this, nothing will happen to your sneakers in transit.

We really regret this situation. Just contact us via the web chat or email info@adonio.cz. You can send the sneakers back to us via any branch of Packeta using our return code 96675940. We will get back to you after receiving the goods and send you the correct item..

Shipping and payment

Cash on delivery is only possible for sneakers and sizes with the note "Shipping within 24H". Other sneakers must be shipped externally and payment must be made in advance. If you are interested in our customer satisfaction, you can take a look at our reviews.

We offer payment by card, bank transfer or Apple Pay. For selected products (with the note "We will ship within 24H"), you can also pay cash on delivery or you can pay in cash in person in Prague.

Returns, exchanges and complaints

We have written more about the satisfaction guarantee on the Satisfaction guarantee page. The point is that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will not pay a penny. We will pay you the full amount up to the last penny including shipping. Items can be returned to us for free via our return code 96675940. Simply dictate this code at any branch of Packeta and the parcel will be sent to us.

It is not possible to change the size in the normal way. Sneakers must be returned for a refund and re-ordered in the size you require. Please print the return form and send the item to us using our return code 96675940. Simply dictate this code at any branch of the Parcel Service. However, the entire return process will be expedited if you contact us in advance at info@adonio.cz.

Yes, they will. If there is any defect in the goods, you can send the goods back to us with a claim. More information can be found here.

After the goods are collected, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of receipt. According to the terms and conditions, we have 14 days from the date of withdrawal to return the money. However, we usually refund the money within a few days of receiving the goods.

Others

We don't have a stone shop. For the time being, we only operate as an e-shop. However, you can pick up your sneakers in person in Prague. This option can be selected only for sneakers with the note "Shipping within 24H". In the order, just click "Collection by appointment in Prague", we will contact you immediately and agree on the place and time of delivery.
